» Xetera’s in-house logistics team supports all stages of the company’s global supply chain from the importation of raw materials to the delivery of finished product.
» We have established relationships with a global network of shipping companies to provide preferential pricing and worldwide support for full container, LCL, road freight, airfreight and express courier shipments under all incoterms and shipping arrangements.
» Our global best practice packing, cargo labelling and documentation procedures (including standardized shipping marks, forklift instructions, center of gravity, stackable/non stackable, IPSM certifications, photographs, harmonized code classifications etc.) has delivered a track record of consistent expedient importation into some of the world’s most difficult customs jurisdictions.
» Government issued certifications of origin are available for all Xetera product lines, facilitating duty exempt or preferential rate importation under the Free Trade Agreements between Thailand and its numerous bilateral trade partners and multilateral trading blocs.
» Our off-site bonded warehouse storage facility (at Laem Chabang Sea Port) enables both Xetera and our customers to minimize import duty obligations and provides overflow cargo storage where required.

» An experienced team of accounting professionals handles all financial procedures for the corporate group in-house from our Thailand facility.
» Xetera (Thailand) Co., Ltd has secured a corporate income tax exemption on local and export sales of conveyor product lines under the Board of Investment promotion. Our offshore company also has tax-exempt status.
» As a net-exporter, the company enjoys fast-tracked refunds of VAT levied of local purchases (currently 7%).
» Our tax planning knowledge experience is applied to structure the sales and purchase contracts for the mutual benefit of Xetera and our customers, suppliers and business partners. Our team is well versed in the domestic revenue code, Thailand’s International taxation treaties and the customs regulations of our domestic and export markets.
» We use Multicurrency Bank Accounts with exchange rate management and currency hedging.
» We have strong relationships with a number of local and international banks, through which we have negotiated discounted corporate rates for the group and also the provision of premium-banking products for our employees (such as fee-free accounts, preferential rates for credit cards and personal finance loans and mortgages).
» Xetera enjoys a highly-liquid cash position due to favorable customer payment terms and extended vendor credit agreements.
» Our fully functional, highly automated ERP system is utilized for all accounting procedures and reports. The accounting software is integrated with our online banking, employee timekeeping and payroll processes and our vendor communications (automated emailing of purchase orders and payment notifications).

Since 2014, twenty employees have re-joined the company after resigning.
